Articles of Association
Alfred Wagg and his colleagues laid down our original Memorandum & Articles of Association in 1949, and this document, with a few changes over the years, governed how our Charity was run for many decades.
However, recent events have shown that it was out of date and didn’t meet the needs of our Charity in the 21st century, so a Fellow of the Institute of Company Secretaries and Administrators was commissioned in 2016 to review our Articles and make recommendations on how best they should be updated.
These updated Articles were adopted by the Membership at the AGM in May 2017 and again in June 2018 may be accessed from the link below
