EGMEL Grants

As a Registered Charity, East Grinstead Memorial Estate Ltd is obliged to file financial, and other information with the Charities Commission where it is then open to public inspection.

Each year EGMEL makes Charitable donations appropriate to its resources. A list of the donations made are shown below.

Local organisations that believe they are aligned with the objectives of EGMEL  are invited to apply for consideration for a grant. The closing date for such applications is 31st March, and EGMEL will respond by the end of May, with payment in June.

Preferably applications should be for capital equipment, rather than revenue.

It is unlikely that grants will exceed £2,000.

EGMEL work with Mid Sussex Voluntary Action who can assist with applications if necessary.

Please email grants@egmel.co.uk with details of why you believe your organisation should be considered.

Click on the link, open the page, print the form and send off to the email address below to apply for a 2024 Grant.

Applications should be made to: grants@egmel.co.uk
